Basics:

The WeatherData package provides a preset collection of weather data organized in sub-packages for 10 major cities.

How to choose a weather data set in the environment model:

The individual weather data sets are available in the parameter dialog of the environmental model. The user can choose data sets of one specific city in the drop-down menu of the “Cities” parameter. Green City provides several weather data sets for each city, available in the corresponding drop-down menu “InputData_CityX”.

If ‘TRY’ (i.e. test reference year) is set to 'true' in the environment model, only data sets based on the 'WeatherData_TRY' record are available in the dialog tab. It otherwise ('false') shows data records with reference to ‘WeatherData’ incl. individual daily values.

How to add new records:

Users can generate individual new weather data sets. Therefore, use corresponding example records in the sub package ‘Environment.UserData.UserCities’ as template. Copy the presented record structure to an individual user-specific package and fill-in the required data sets.
